How long does it usually take to process orders?

It normally takes us about 1-3 working days to prepare your goods after receiving your order and payment.
But most of the orders so far we shipped the goods to at the SAME DAY or the FOLLOWING DAY as we understand that each customer wish to receives the goods as soon as possible.

 

Are all your products ready stock or pre-order?

All our products are ready stock.

 

How soon do you replenish the out of stock items?

It depends on date of purchase by our company and varies with products and its origin. Therefore we cannot promise the restock date for any products.

 

Do you have a minimum order?

No. There is not minimum for local order.
However there is a minimum of RM200 for international order (outside Malaysia).

Do you accept Credit Card or COD?

Yes. We do accept Credit Card payment.
We do not offer COD at this moment.

Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

We do not allow to combine multiple orders. Please review your shopping cart carefully before confirming your order.

 

How do I add or remove item from the order placed?

We cannot amend order that has been checked out. If you need to add or remove item from the order, the only way to do it is to place a fresh order. All unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after 3 days.

What is VVGPoints?

It is a.k.a loyalty points / rewards points used to redeem products. In order to earn VVGPoints, customer must place the order at VivoGadget.com as the VVGPoints only awarded for online purchase automatically by our system.
